Offer

We present 3 basic steps that lead from acceptance of the premises from developer to a beautifully designed and perfectly finished apartment/ house.

  • presentation of the way Perfect Space works, which is a step by step guide of all services  we perform for you (including standard and additional ones)
  • filling in a questionnaire, determining Client’s esthetic preferences
  • exploratory talk and arrangement ideas based on the floor plan of the house/apartment
  • a chat about your expectations, including pre-introduction of finishing materials
  • determining Client’s choice between a Twinsen Project and a Full Project
  • presentation of the project order/ agreement

  • shaping general concept of how the apartment should look like (according to Client’s  guidelines and Perfect Space’s suggestions)
  • complete property condition survey
  • accepting the premises from a developer, supporting the Client in all matters connected with developer’s defects
  • all works are performed with respect to Client’s time, on request we can work remotely
  • providing precise budget estimate, based on Client’s budget objective or previously  made detailed design
  • presentation of general construction works agreement, which includes fixed deadlines,  non-negotiable estimate and warranty terms

Now, the only thing to do is to wait for your new finished apartment. Most of times our works last no more than 12 weeks, usually we try to complete everything within 8 weeks

  •  all purchases, materials and whole logistics related to the project lies with Perfect Space
  •  we exercise full supervision over finishing works, sending a weekly progress report,  meeting on site
  •  upon request we provide complete property styling (planning advisory, all purchases  upon request)

 


 

 

Full or Twinsen project? Important differences

With regard to your comfort and finances perfect Space has prepared two types of projects, which will lead you to a finished apartment.

PS_www_2015_03_alt4-ENG_14It is a floor plan of the  whole apartment, which  includes colored characte ristics of individual mate rials and products from our  offer and functional layout  of all rooms. This offer is  designed for all Clients  who just need to design  their apartment within the existing wall layout and don’t want to change it (works like: moving partition walls, complete rearrangement of rooms, electrical installations or plumbing etc. are not needed).
Every TWINSEN is made after thorough discussion with the Client (and according to PS questionnaire) and its property condition survey. There are three changes available in functional layout within TWINSEN project.
The price of color Twinsen, including the essential carpentry projects, list of all finishing materials, comprehensive cost estimate of all works and full work supervision, is: PLN 49/ sq.m. (gross).

Note: You can expand this project by ordering computer rendering of individual rooms, like bathroom, living room or kitchen. The cost of two computer renderings of a given room is only PLN 999 gross! The standard period is 14 days from the date ofrecording the 100% amount paid.

This option is designed for all Clients who need a fully individual approach, tailored exactly to their needs or for those who think that Twinsen project may be too small for them.
The full project includes up to 3 versions of functional layout, presented on floor plans one after another. After choosing the best version, Client receives its developed plan views, including:

  • functional interior layout
  • repositioning of partition walls
  • view of ceilings, incl. lightning layout
  • view of floors, incl. direction of placement (if har dwood/ laminate)
  • all changes in electrical installations’ layout
  • all changes in plumbing installations’ layout
  • all changes in heating systems (if needed)
  • arrangement of furniture, household appliances & audio/video devices, sanitation and washing facilities in bathrooms
  • sectional wall elevations if these walls are being  worked on (painting, tiling etc.) • kitchen design • bathroom design
  • design of all built-in furniture
  • list of all doors and carpentry, etc.
  • list of all furniture from Perfect Space offer and  from additional packages (audio/video, air- conditioning, floor heating, etc.)
  • comprehensive cost estimate

The price of full project is PLN 149/ sq.m. gross.
