PROJECTS
AND INTERIOR DESIGN
We create projects that are more than just arrangements – they are a plan for living in a well-designed space. Each project is a unique response to the client’s needs, lifestyle, and vision of their home. We provide you with a cohesive concept along with a specific implementation plan — and, if you wish, we will guide the entire process until you receive the keys to your finished interior. We combine aesthetics, ergonomics, and emotions, aiming to spark your excitement!
stages
intro
We get to know you and your space. We start with a conversation — we listen, ask questions, and advise. We analyze plans and photos, get to know your lifestyle and expectations. If you are in the process of purchasing a property, we are happy to advise and support you in this decision as well.
PROPERTY RECEPTION
We inspect the apartment centimeter by centimeter – installations, verticals, horizontals, compliance with the contract and standards. We record every defect in the report so that the developer can fix it at their own expense, allowing you to start designing and finishing without any unpleasant surprises.
INTERIOR DESIGN
We create a top-down layout of the premises, combining ergonomics
and aesthetics. We optimize communication routes, designate zones, and preliminarily arrange furniture. This is a solid foundation for the next stages: visualization and technical design.
visualizations
We prepare two types of visualizations: photorealistic interior shots or 360° tours, which allow you to view the entire space from a broader perspective. With these, you will feel the proportions, see the details, and understand how your interior will look — before it is created.
technical project
You receive a comprehensive design book – dozens of drawings and specifications, from installations and furniture cross-sections to material lists and work schedules. The precision of details ensures that teams know “how” and “from what” to build, and you have ready guidelines for a hassle-free finish. This document minimizes questions on the construction site — and reduces the risk of errors and incurring additional costs to zero.
Five clear steps — from the first conversation to a complete project book — transform a vision
into a ready-to-execute plan.

That’s why we offer a service that allows you to control both aspects: design, execution, furnishing, and decoration all in one place. Perfect Space brings architects, managers, in-house teams, and trusted carpenters under one logo. You track progress in weekly reports, and we hand over a ready, cleaned apartment to you.
9 reasons why
you should use our
finishing services
1. Comprehensive
Approach
Design, materials, execution, and supervision – all in one office, from the first conversation to the final installation. We coordinate the schedule of all sectors to ensure that each stage proceeds smoothly and without conflicts.
2. No Additional Charges
If we make a mistake somewhere – it’s our cost. The estimate is clear, fixed, and applies to the full scope that we jointly establish before starting.
3. DEADLINE GUARANTEE
We include the completion date in the contract. In case of delays, we bear the costs, not you.
4. QUALITY
GUARANTEE
We provide a formal guarantee and warranty – and we make corrections promptly. The protection covers 24 months from the date of receipt.
5. Minimum
Your Time
We don’t involve you in deliveries, installations, or operational decisions – you only approve the stages. We handle all the logistics and coordination.
6. CONSTANT CONTACT
Direct contact with the designer and weekly construction reports. We respond promptly and without delay.
7. Verified Suppliers
We only use brands and partners with whom we have worked for years. Each of them undergoes an internal selection process for quality and reliability.
8. Competitive Price
Thanks to negotiated discounts with trusted suppliers, we purchase materials at a lower cost and pass the savings on to the customer. We are happy to compare our estimate with any other offer – the prices speak for themselves.
9. Full Professionalism
We are not family or “friends by recommendation.” We work like a company – punctually, responsibly, and with commitment, because this is our job and reputation, not a favor.
