This flat has its own unique atmosphere. Non-flashy, subdued interior with floorboards laid across, wallpaper with Charlie Chaplin (you wish you could to talk to him;)) encourages you to spend your time slowly and calmly. A very large amount of woodwork, a large (contrary to appearances) kitchen with a wall mural on the backsplash (floral motif), a glass library in the living room, and a large wardrobe in the bedroom (placed next to the wallpaper with a genre scene) are also distinguishing features of this investment. New in combination with the old plays great here - just look at the original cinema seats, which now serve as a hallway seats.
